At Het Gymlokaal, you train at your own level with personal attention, expert guidance and a welcoming atmosphere. Our experienced trainers motivate and inspire you to become stronger, fitter and more mobile, while enjoying the process.

With a unique and constantly evolving class program, we offer training for every level and every goal. You can also work out independently in our fitness area or choose Personal Training for extra guidance and support in reaching your personal goals.
