Discover our Open Gym. Our Open Gym is small and personal, with space for up to five people at a time. Unlike traditional gyms, we don’t focus on machines. Instead, we offer a functional training environment with cardio equipment, including a treadmill and spinning bike, alongside barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, weight plates, a squat rack, TRX trainers, gymnastic rings, and more. A great space for anyone who enjoys strength training, conditioning, and functional fitness in a welcoming environment.
