In our Crosstraining classes you experience a dynamic and challenging WOD (workout of the day). These classes combine elements of strength training, gymnastics and cardio. You will work with various equipment from the gym, such as barbells, plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, pull-up bars and wall balls. We pay attention to techniques such as rope climbs, pull-ups, muscle-ups and barbell exercises.

Crosstraining - Bodyweight Strength

Crosstraining - Bodyweight Strength is a functional class focused on increasing strength and metabolic output without the use of external weights. In this class you learn the right techniques to make progress in exercises using only your own bodyweight. Cardiovascular elements are also integrated into the workout, and we work on skills such as pull-up variations, pistol squats, gymnastic skills and push-up variations.

Crosstraining - Light

Always wanted to join a Crosstraining class but not quite ready to take the plunge? Sign up for our Crosstraining Light class! In this class we go through the basic techniques and skills you need in the Crosstraining class at a relaxed pace. It is an informative and challenging class, specially designed for beginners with little or no experience in Crosstraining, or for people who are gradually building up.
