During the class, you’ll go through exercises based on fundamental movement patterns. You’ll have the space to perform each repetition with attention and quality, with continuous guidance on technique and choosing the right load. This allows you to train effectively and build sustainable strength step by step, in a way that suits your level.

This class is suitable for everyone. Whether you’re a complete beginner looking to build a strong foundation, or already experienced and aiming to develop further, you can always join. If you’re recovering from an injury and want to ease back into training, this class also offers a safe way to rebuild confidence and strength. The training is fully scalable and suitable for all ages and levels.

Women Strength - Circuit

Women Strength – Circuit is a dynamic strength training class designed for women and anyone who feels comfortable in a women-focused training space. Whether you’re new to strength training or already experienced, this class helps you build strength, move better, and feel more confident in your body.

You’ll train in a structured circuit focused on real, functional strength training. We work with fundamental movement patterns like squat, hinge, push, and pull, with a strong emphasis on technique, control, and progressive overload.

Each workout includes personal coaching and guidance on technique and choosing the right weights, so you can train safely and progressively at your own level.

Pre- and postnatal participants are very welcome. We also offer guidance during perimenopause and menopause, with exercises adapted to your body and energy levels.

This strength class is suitable for beginners, experienced members, and anyone rebuilding strength after injury or time away from training.
