Mobility

Our mobility classes are suitable for all levels. Discover how you can increase or regain your full range of motion with challenging flexibility training.

During these classes we use a wide range of techniques, including active, passive, static and dynamic exercises. This allows you to develop strength, mobility and flexibility that are useful not only in sport, but also in other activities and everyday life. Our classes are carefully structured so that the most effective techniques are performed in various variations, making them accessible to everyone regardless of level.

The sessions are divided into three general flexibility goals:

  1. Side split and pancake: the focus is primarily on improving hip mobility.
  2. Forward split and head-to-toe: the emphasis is mainly on stretching the hamstrings and the posterior chain.
  3. Thoracic bridge: the focus here is particularly on strengthening and mobilising the upper back and shoulders.
