Het Gymlokaal offers various group classes including (kick) boxing, yoga, cross training, barre, gymnastics, mobility, movement, strength & conditioning and capoeira. In addition, there is the possibility for you to train by yourself in our spaces dedicated to fitness or hire a personal trainer. Schedule available here.
