HIIT

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a challenging class with a high training intensity. During this class, fast and intense training periods are alternated with short rest periods. We combine cardio and strength training to create a complete workout. In this interval training, various circuits are performed using body weight and/or light weights. We avoid the use of heavy weights to maintain a high tempo. The goal is to perform as much work as possible in a short period of time.

The HIIT class has a duration of 45 minutes and is accessible to all fitness levels. It is an effective way to improve your fitness, burn fat, and build muscle strength. Come and experience the energetic and stimulating atmosphere of our HIIT class!
