Crosstraining and Weightlifting

Crosstraining

In our Crosstraining classes, you’ll experience a dynamic and challenging WOD (workout of the day). These classes combine elements of strength training, gymnastics, and cardio. You’ll work with various equipment in the gym, such as barbells, plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, pull-up bars, and wall balls. We focus on techniques such as rope climbing, pull-ups, muscle-ups, and barbell exercises.

Crosstraining - Basics

Always wanted to participate in a Crosstraining class but hesitant to take the leap? Sign up for our Crosstraining Basics class! In this class, we go through the basic techniques and skills at a slower pace, specifically designed for beginners with little or no experience in Crosstraining. It’s an informative and challenging class that will set you up for success.

Crosstraining - Bodyweight Strength

Crosstraining - Bodyweight Strength is a functional class aimed at increasing strength and metabolic output without using external weights. In this class, you’ll learn proper techniques to progress in exercises using only your bodyweight. Additionally, cardiovascular elements are integrated into the workout, and we work on skills such as pull-up variations, pistol squats, gymnastic movements, and push-up variations.

Weightlifting

In addition to Crosstraining, we also offer Weightlifting classes. These classes specifically focus on exercises from Olympic weightlifting, such as Snatch and Clean and Jerk. These classes are perfect for improving and refining your technique.

In all our classes, proper exercise execution and injury prevention are prioritized. Both our Weightlifting and Crosstraining classes are suitable for all levels.
