In this class we work with a variety of techniques ranging from active, passive, static and dynamic exercises to help you create strength, mobility and flexibility in a versatile range for your sport, activity and daily life. The class is designed in an intelligent way, offering efficient techniques and variations for each person in the room so that everyone can join, whether you can touch your hands to toes or not.

The sessions are divided into the three main flexibility benchmarks:

  • Side split & pancake - main focus on the hips
  • Front split & head-to-toe - main focus on hamstrings and posterior chain
  • Thoracic bridge - main focus on the upper back and shoulders
