Mobility

Our mobility classes are suitable for all levels. Discover how to increase or regain your full range of motion with challenging flexibility training.

During these classes, we utilize a wide range of techniques, including active, passive, static, and dynamic exercises. This enables you to develop strength, mobility, and flexibility that not only benefit you in sports but also in other activities and daily life. Our classes are carefully curated, ensuring that the most effective techniques are performed in various variations, making them accessible to everyone, regardless of their level.

The sessions are divided into three general flexibility goals:

  • Side split and pancake: The focus is primarily on improving hip mobility.
  • Forward split and head-to-toe: Emphasis is placed on stretching the hamstrings and posterior chain.
  • Thoracic bridge: This targets strengthening and loosening the upper back and shoulders.
