Gymnastics Handstands

Work on the perfect handstand with our Gymnastics Handstands class. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, there’s always room to improve and perfect your handstand skills. The class consists of thirty minutes focused on learning the basic positions, such as shoulders and core, and the other half is dedicated to actual handstand training. Don’t worry if you’ve never done a handstand before, our trainers will guide you step by step in learning the fundamentals, so you’ll be standing on your hands in no time!

Gymnastics Fundamentals

Develop new gymnastic movements on the floor, rings, or bars with our Gymnastics Fundamentals class. During this class, we work on the basic strength and skills required for gymnastics. The focus is primarily on technique and execution of the exercises. We train using bodyweight and emphasize strength, mobility, and skills. Some of the exercises we focus on include Ring Muscle Ups, L-Sits, Front & Back Levers, Planches, Straight Arm Strength, and General Gymnastics. This class is suitable for all levels.
