Yoram

With a background in football, fitness and Krav Maga, I ultimately found my passion in yoga. It gave me the structure and the challenge I was looking for. Always driven to grow, I joined Het Gymlokaal, where I discovered the inspiring connection between yoga and strength training. Since then, mobility, bodyweight training, balance and full-body coordination have formed the foundation of my practice.

Becoming a trainer felt like a natural next step. I enjoy sharing the joy of movement and helping others grow, step by step. Every class is different, but fun always comes first. Whether you are just starting out or already balancing on your hands, I guide you at your own pace. Because where you say: “I can’t do this,” I say: “You just can’t do it yet.”
