Renee

Movement and coaching are my passion. In a world where we sit more and more, I believe it is essential to keep training your body consciously and smartly — not just for now, but also for your future. It feels good to be strong and mobile, but it is even more valuable to build and maintain that foundation for later.

In my mobility classes you train purposefully on strength and flexibility. We work in a structured way with sets and repetitions towards benchmarks such as front splits, side splits, pancake and the thoracic bridge. Everything is built up through progressions, so that you can train and grow at your own level.

In my gymnastics & bodyweight strength classes the emphasis is on movement control, full range of motion and strength in the upper body muscles. From your first pull-up to advanced skills such as ring muscle-ups — I help you build it up step by step. Whatever your level, I make sure you are both challenged and supported to get the best out of yourself.
