What is your sports background?

Sport has always been an important part of my life. I did athletics as a child and have always loved ball sports (volleyball, football and basketball). My yoga journey began with Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, until I lost my heart to Yin and more restorative forms of Yoga.

What can participants expect from your classes?

Deep relaxation and calming the nervous system by holding certain poses for longer periods. I apply yoga philosophy in my classes and I invite my students to turn inward and discover their own body and mind. It is very important to me that participants feel supported and heard.

Is there something special/specific you want to give your students?

Yoga (but also life) is not about becoming a different/better person. It is about being able to let go of what no longer serves you, so that you can live as your most authentic self.
