What is your sports background?
I played football for seven years, two of which at a high level. After that I switched to kickboxing, which I did intensively for two years. After a serious injury and a long recovery period I left the kickboxing world behind, but started boxing. That is where my full passion lies now. I am currently active as a competitive boxer in the A class.
What can people expect from your classes?
Intensive, educational training sessions with a fun atmosphere. The focus is mainly on technique (footwork). Conditioning and endurance are also worked on.

Work hard, train harder!
