Marina

I grew up with volleyball and spent my summers on the water sailing. Later I discovered yoga, and it quickly became much more than just a workout. It gave me a sense of freedom, presence and connection. As my practice deepened, I became curious about mobility training, and began combining this with yoga. These two forms are now the foundation of how I move and connect with my body.

In my classes I create space to explore how to find balance between strength and softness, between effort and relaxation. I believe that challenge is important, but that you can best face it with curiosity and enjoyment. I guide my students to discover what their body is truly capable of, always with respect for everyone’s own pace.

What I most want is for people to learn to trust their bodies. We are often stronger and more capable than we think, sometimes we just need the right guidance and mindset to experience that. My goal is to help you feel strong, confident and truly at home in your own body. With patience and consistency, everything is possible.
