Lidia

A personal loss set me on a path to exploring the deep connection between body, mind and long-term health. Yoga, science and better habits helped me become stronger and healthier — physically and mentally. What began as a personal practice became a passion I now love to share.

In my classes I combine strength, breathing and movement to electronic music. Expect a dynamic Vinyasa flow that works on resilience, body awareness and inner calm. Every class ends with meditation — because there is also strength in stillness.

I offer variations and modifications so everyone can participate, from beginners to advanced students. My goal is an open, accessible atmosphere in which you can grow at your own pace.
