With a background in taekwondo and extreme sports such as skateboarding and snowboarding, I have developed agility and mental resilience. Currently I focus on functional fitness and Crosstraining, combining strength training, dynamic workouts and bodyweight movements in immersive classes. These sessions are designed to push boundaries and unlock potential. Beyond the physical aspect, I emphasise the deeper facets of movement, contributing to personal growth and grace in every session.
