Yoga has enriched my life by creating a deeper connection between body and mind. In my classes I combine dynamic Vinyasa flows with the stillness of Yin poses, which helps to develop both physical strength and mental calm. This balance not only supports stress reduction, but also improves flexibility and strengthens the connective tissue. By consciously paying attention to breath and movement, I invite you to work together on finding your personal balance between effort and relaxation.
