Yoram

With a background in football, fitness, and Krav Maga, I eventually found my passion in yoga, which gave me the structure and challenge I was looking for. Always eager to grow, I joined Het Gymlokaal, where I discovered the inspiring connection between yoga and strength training. Mobility, bodyweight strength, balance, and full-body coordination have since become the foundation of my practice. Becoming a trainer was a natural next step. I love sharing the joy of movement and helping others grow. one step at a time. Each class is different, but enjoyment always comes first. Whether you’re just starting out or already balancing on your hands, I’ll guide you at your own pace. Because where you say, “I can’t,” I say, “You just can’t yet.”
