Pablo

I grew up playing competitive tennis in Spain, which gave me a strong foundation in discipline, structure, and athletic mindset. Over time, I explored outdoor sports like hiking, swimming, and cycling, and eventually found my passion in calisthenics and gymnastics-style training. What fascinates me is how much strength, control, and freedom you can build using just your own body.

In my classes, you’ll work on body awareness, mobility, and functional strength. We train skills, but also build confidence. Whether you’re just starting or already advanced, I break movements down into progressions and regressions so everyone is challenged at their level and able to grow.

My goal? To make movement fun. To help you reconnect with your body. And to build strength and freedom that carries into everyday life.
