What is your background in sports?

Sports always played a big part of my life. I did athletics as a kid and was and still am very much into ball sports (mainly volleyball but also football, basketball and tennis). My yoga journey started with Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga until I fell in love with Yin and the more relaxed styles of yoga.

What can people expect from your classes?

Deep relaxation and calming down of the nervous system with the help of long holds. Adding yogic philosophy into the classes, I invite my students to go inward and discover/explore their body and mind. It’s important to me that my students feel supported in class.

Is there something special/specific you want to teach your students?

Yoga (and life) is not about becoming someone else/better, it’s about letting go of everything that doesn’t serve you anymore so you can live as your most authentic self.
