Currently, I focus on functional fitness and Crosstraining, blending strength training, dynamic workouts, and bodyweight movements in immersive classes. These sessions are designed to push limits and unlock potential. Beyond the physical, I emphasize the deeper aspects of movement, fostering growth and grace in every session.
