What is your background in sports?

I’ve been a very active kid and used to run a lot. It was later when I discovered the practice of yoga when I was 20 years old. It’s been 8 years now of yogic exploration. 

What can people expect from your classes?

I’m quite traditional on my practice so my way of teaching is not so playful. We go through flows but mostly with awareness of breath and proper alignment of the body. I like to help my students come into the present moment, and the key for that is the breath, something I’m always reminding my students about in my class. 

Is there something special/specific you want to teach your students?

I want my students to understand the main principle of yoga. The practice of yoga is to still the mind. “Yoga is the cessation of fluctuations of the mind.” The rest follows.
