My background is in dance. Movement has always been the way I connect with and understand the body. Through years of training and experience, I’ve come to see movement not just as performance or physical effort, but as a powerful tool for self-awareness and care. In my classes, you can expect a mindful approach to movement. We focus not only on building strength or getting a good workout, but also on posture, body awareness, and the connection between body and mind. It’s about moving with intention and presence. What I hope to share is a deeper understanding and appreciation of the body as a whole. Movement isn’t just good for your physical health, it also supports mental and emotional well-being. My goal is to guide people toward a way of moving that is empowering, nourishing, and sustainable.
