We offer daily yoga classes in our beautiful gym, where you can escape the daily buzzing lives. Below you can find the different styles of yoga that we offer.

Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a powerful and dynamic form of yoga whom its practice will strengthen and energize your body while clearing your mind. Its practice consists of repeating series of postures and movements while breathing synchronously.

Yin yoga

Yin yoga focuses on relaxing your muscles instead of making them stronger. This will result in the stimulation of the connective tissues located in the deep layers of your body. Yin yoga poses are held between three to five minutes. This is due to the fact that connective tissues strengthen and elongate slower than muscle tissues. The long poses allow you to take the time to explore and push your mental and physical limits.


Ashtanga is a very challenging and dynamic form of yoga. In Ashtanga you move from one asana (pose) to the next and then hold this pose for five breaths. With Ashtanga you always practice the same sequence of postures, so you can fully focus on your breathing and their execution.
