Barre - Ballet

This Barre - Ballet class is suitable for all levels. You will learn the basic principles of classical ballet with an emphasis on natural, healthy movements and correct body posture. Accompanied by piano music, in the first part of the class we will be working at the barre, to practice the elementary movement of the ballet vocabulary, in the second part, we move to the center and start to move in the space, turn and jump a bit. Towards the end, we integrate a short stretch.
