Road to HYROX AMSTERDAM

Road to HYROX AMSTERDAM is a twelve-week journey from motivated to truly race-ready. We kick off with special classes on Saturday October 18th 2025 and steadily build towards the HYROX weekend 21–25 January 2026. You train in a group, but always at your own level: sharpening technique where needed, picking up the pace when it counts and getting exactly the right stimulus at the right moment.

We go through three phases. First the fundamentals: rules and technique, efficient running, smooth transitions and clean work at stations such as sled push/pull, burpee broad jumps, farmer’s carry and wall balls. Then we build your engine with HYROX-specific fitness and strength endurance. In the final weeks it’s all about performance: race simulations, pacing per station and a short taper, so you arrive at the start line feeling fresh.

We track your progress with a baseline and re-test, coach you with personal cues and offer optional home runs and mobility work. Bring your training shoes (a second pair can help with the sled), water and a towel — we’ll take care of the rest.

Choose the time that works for you: Sat 09:00, Sat 13:15, Tue 19:00 or Wed 19:00.
