At Het Gymlokaal, movement is always about more than just sport.
It’s about learning how your body moves, building strength with intention, increasing your mobility and finding balance — both physically and mentally.

Whether you’re just starting out and want to build a consistent routine, recovering from an injury, training during or after pregnancy, wanting to get stronger, improve your mobility or working towards specific goals — Personal Training at Het Gymlokaal gives you the space and guidance to grow at your own pace.

Our coaches help you improve your technique, stay motivated and train with focus, so that you move better, feel stronger and gain more confidence in your body.

How it works

  • You can book a **single session or choose a 5- or 10-session pass, whichever suits your goals best.
  • Choose your preferred trainer and schedule a time that fits into your diary, directly in the system.
  • Meet your trainer at the front desk of one of our locations.

You can view our trainers, check their availability and book your first session directly via the system.
