What is your sports background?

I have three decades of experience in boxing and kickboxing. Recently, I’ve shifted my focus to Muay Thai.

What can people expect from your classes?

My classes are often described as intense, combining cardio, strength, and technique. They target all parts of your body, including the torso, shoulders, legs, and cardiovascular fitness.

What can you teach people?

Beginners can learn from me the fundamentals of good technique, including the how and why of it. Experienced individuals can continue to be challenged by refining their technique, learning variations, and maintaining both their fitness and technical skills.
