I’m a crosstraining coach with a background in football, endurance, and interval training. After years of bootcamp and outdoor workouts, I discovered crosstraining when I moved to Amsterdam, and I’ve been hooked ever since. Since 2019, Het Gymlokaal has become my second home. In my classes, you can expect a strong mix of strength, conditioning, and mobility.
My energy is contagious, and I create a welcoming space where everyone feels challenged yet supported. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been training for years, I make sure the workouts are accessible, motivating, and fun. For me, training is about more than just physical performance. Good form, consistency, and mental resilience matter just as much as lifting heavy.
My goal is to help you feel stronger in both body and mind and to leave each session with a sense of achievement. You’re capable of more than you think.
