What is your sports background?

I played soccer for seven years, including two at a high level. Afterward, I switched to kickboxing, which I pursued intensively for two years. Following a serious injury and a lengthy recovery period, I left the kickboxing world behind and started boxing. This is where my full passion lies now. Currently, I am active as a competitive boxer in the A class.

What can people expect from your classes?

People can expect intense and instructive training sessions with a great atmosphere. The primary focus is on technique, especially footwork. Additionally, we work on improving conditioning and endurance.

Is there something specific you want to convey to the participants in your classes?

Work hard, train harder!
