What do you like most about teaching at Het Gymlokaal?

The atmosphere of the place, the members who always attend classes with a positive energy; they make every lesson a new experience.

What is your background?

I have competed in the kickboxing category C with an unbeaten record.

What is unique about your lessons / way of teaching?

My vision while teaching  is to always bring out people’s best and strengths. I am really present in the lessons.

What quality should every good trainer possess?

Have a good understanding and vision of how the group is. You have to be creative and social. 

What can people expect from you as a trainer and from your lessons?

A good, intensive lesson, seasoned with humor having you leave at the end feeling energized.

What can you offer / teach people?

A healthy and fit lifestyle through strength and boxing training. They get to find out which type of training suits them best.
