I grew up playing volleyball and spending my summers sailing. Later, I discovered yoga and it quickly became much more than just a workout. It gave me a sense of freedom, presence, and connection. As my practice deepened, I became curious about mobility training and started blending it with yoga. Both practices now form the foundation of how I move and connect with my body.
In my classes, I create space to explore balance between strength and softness, effort and ease. I believe challenge is important, but it should be approached with curiosity and joy. I guide students to discover what their bodies are truly capable of, always encouraging progress at their own pace.
What I want most is for people to trust their bodies. We’re often stronger and more capable than we think, we just need the right support and mindset to tap into that. My goal is to help you feel strong, confident, and truly at home in your own body. With patience and consistency, anything is possible.
