A personal loss led me to explore the deep connection between mind, body, and long-term health. Yoga, science and better habits helped me to get stronger and healthier — physically and mentally. What started as a personal practice turned into a passion I now love sharing it with others.
In my classes, I blend strength, breathwork, and movement to electronic music. Certified RYS 300h, expect a dynamic Vinyasa flow designed to build resilience, body awareness, and inner calm. Each session ends with space for meditation — because true strength also lies in stillness.
I offer variations and modifications to support everyone, from first-timers to advanced yogis. My goal is to create an inclusive space where you can move, breathe, and grow — at your own pace.
