What can people expect from your classes?
I have a no-nonsense approach! My classes are efficient, as possible and I try to use as much training patterns as possible. Stick to the basics is something I say a lot. I’m straight forward in my theory behind the strength part of my classes, people can easily get an insight of what to expect. When people become more experienced, I will challenge them with new and more complex exercises. No to forget, I want my students to experience different ways of progression. You will never be done learning.
