At Het Gymlokaal, movement has always been about more than just exercise.
It’s about learning how your body moves, building strength with intention, increasing mobility, and finding balance, both physically and mentally.

Whether you’re new and want to start building a consistent routine, recovering from an injury, training during or after pregnancy, becoming stronger or more mobile, or working on specific goals, Personal Training at Het Gymlokaal gives you the space and guidance to grow at your own pace.

Our coaches are here to help you improve your technique, stay motivated, and train with purpose, so you can move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body.

How it works:

  • You can book a single session or choose a 5- or 10-session pack, whatever suits your goals best.
  • Pick your preferred trainer and book a time that fits your schedule directly in the system.
  • Meet your trainer at the front desk at one of our locations.

You can view our trainers, check their availability, and book your first session directly through the system.
