What is your sports background?

In 2008, while already engaged as a Fitness Instructor, I discovered the transformative world of Pilates. Mobility, a more recent addition, seamlessly joined my fitness narrative.

Do you have experience in other sports that influence your approach?

Absolutely. As both a perpetual student and teacher, I find inspiration in diverse movement practices. Yoga, various dance forms, and hand balancing are among my favorites.

What can participants expect from your classes?

Expect an enriching experience where discovering something new about your body and practicing relevant movement skills take center stage. My classes blend Pilates and Mobility training, offering comprehensive explanations and personalized attention.

Is there anything special or specific that you want to impart to your students?

Certainly. I prioritize ‘quality, not quantity’ in training. Mindful movement, executed with intention and infused with playfulness, yields exceptional results.

Are there any goals or mindset aspects that you emphasize?

In Pilates and Mobility training, my primary goal is longevity over performance. Cultivating a pain-free, healthy, and mobile body for life grants ultimate freedom.
