What is your sports background?

As a child, I was brimming with energy and explored various sports, from competitive swimming to dancing. About four years ago, I discovered my passion for yoga and quickly pursued a yoga teacher training. When I noticed that flexibility presented a challenge, I delved into mobility training about a year and a half ago, and it instantly captivated me. In my free time, I enjoy snowboarding and have recently taken up bouldering.

Has experience in other sports influenced your approach?

Absolutely. Yoga plays a significant role in my approach, emphasizing breathing exercises and a yogic mindset. Trusting the process and avoiding frustration due to limitations are crucial aspects that shape my approach.

What can students expect from your classes?

My classes encompass mobility, gymnastics, and occasionally yoga. What sets my sessions apart is the highly personalized, hands-on approach. I’ll likely remember what you told me six months ago. Regardless of the level, I hope you’ll enjoy my classes.

Is there anything special you want to impart to your students?

In my training, inclusivity is a core principle. I always strive to respect what individuals want or don’t want, but I’ll consistently encourage you. This is where the magic happens. I also emphasize that breath is a powerful tool and that your body is far more capable than you might think.
