I connect with the Philosophy of Het Gymlokaal: getting as much out of yourself as possible with minimal use of equipment. You get all the freedom needed in order to develop yourself!

MILO Education (personal trainer), Yoga Alliance, Calisthenics Masterclasses, V-circle coach (motivational coaching) and Range of Strength certified coach.
What is unique about your lessons / way of teaching?
I work with a unique combination of methods that have proven to be very effective towards the increase in strength and mobility. During my lesson you are challenged to get the most out of yourself while always respecting your own personal limits. I believe in customization, and you will experience that even if you train in a group.
What quality should every good trainer possess?
Passion for the profession, communication skills, knowledge and the willingness to keep on developing yourself. A good trainer is able to motivate and make people enthusiastic.
What is your specialty in the field of movement?
In my lessons I offer a variety of techniques and exercises to increase mobility. Over time you will experience a gain in power, control and flexibility.
What can people expect from you as a trainer and from your lessons?
People will be challenged and will experience that they can do more than they think!
What can you offer / teach people?
Teach clients how to use strength and control in an extremely wide and versatile range of movements. Handle your body consciously and more efficiently which will make you stronger, more flexible and more self-aware!
