During our movement classes we aim to make you rediscover the ranges of motion of your body and its capabilities in a fun and playfull way.
The class is devided into a more technical part where the movement patterns are chopped up in small pieces. After intensive training the newly acquired skills are then applied in more dynamic and playfull situations. Think of handstands, bridges, animal flow, rope climbing, ZEN ARCHER and cartwheels, but also simpeler smaller movement patterns. All of these movements attribute to a physically stronger, more flexible, durable and healthy body.
If you want to learn to have more control over your body, acquire new movement skills or just want to have fun you shouldn’t miss out these classes. The lessons are hosted in addition to our mobility classes where the focus is more on the preparation of the body to move freeer in a safe and controled way. In the movement classes on the other hand we aim towards total freedom of movement.
