With Crosstraining you learn to build up and strengthen your muscles with the materials provided for this purpose in the Gymlokaal. You’re going to work with barbells, weight plates, kettlebells and dumbells. Besides that, you will learn techniques for rope climbing, pull excercises, muscle-ups and dumbbell exercises as clean and jurk and the snatch. A good performance of the exercises comes first. The aquired techniques will help when you work out by yourself
in the Gymlokaal.
