We pay attention to techniques such as rope climbs, pull-ups, muscle-ups and barbell exercises.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Crosstraining - Bodyweight Strength&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;Crosstraining - Bodyweight Strength is a functional class focused on increasing strength and metabolic output without the use of external weights. In this class you learn the right techniques to make progress in exercises using only your own bodyweight. Cardiovascular elements are also integrated into the workout, and we work on skills such as pull-up variations, pistol squats, gymnastic skills and push-up variations.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
