Malic Groenberg has been active as a fighter since he was 18 years old. He started his career very young and he achieved the highest level of kickboxing (A level). He’s been fighting not only nationally but also international. He won several glory fights and therefor earnd his stripes as a kickboxing fenomenon. Sjuul Daamen has a holistic approach to movement and fitness. He believes that being a “fit” person is a result of much more than only working out and sweating. For this reason, his main focus, next to achieving personal goals, is to make you rediscover your true movement potential. During his training he will expose you to exercises and theories about movement that will not only benefit your over all health and fitness, but will also enable you to move better and freer throughout your daily now and for many years to come. Along with personal training he is a physical educator, certified Capoeira teacher and he has two degrees in social science. On top of the knowledge that he's obtained in these disciplines, the majority of his specialized movement expertise and methods he collected during national and international workshops, courses and seminars like FRC mobility with Dr. Andreo Spina and movement workshops with Ido Portal, Rafe Kelley and Tomislav English.
Lainel Nimmermeer has a real fighters background. He’s been kickboxing since he was very young and participated in several fights (C Level, pro). The last few years he’s been focussing on training others. He know’s all about fighting techniques and is a great motivator, he’s very charismatic and involved with his clients!
Chris Hettinga is very talented in different kinds of sports. He's a certified trainer in multiple disciplines: fitness, mobility, movement, kickboxing and yoga. Noach is a born fighter. He’s been kickboxing for several years and made it to a B class fighter (pro). He’s also an experienced MMA fighter. Because of his experience he knows everything about reaching goals and pushing yourself to the limit and further. He’s a great motivater and will make you push as hard as possible. Marvin Nimmermeer is famous for his pads training! He alway’s pushes you to the limit and will participate going to the max with you in a training. Marvin comes from a family (just like Lainel) with only fighters, therefor fighting is in his blood. He still competes in fights.
