Strength & Conditioning

Strength and conditioning is an intensive training where functional movement is central. It is a training combination of strength, endurance and mobility where you will be working a lot with your own body weight. 

If the weather permits, we will move our training to the beautiful Rembrandtpark which is the perfect environment to train together in the fresh air.
