Het Gymlokaal has developed a special program based on years of their own experience in jumping, climbing, rolling and balancing. Our parkour courses allow you to use your full physical ability to overcome any obstacles, and will teach you how to efficiently move your body by using simple techniques.
Besides acquiring new physical skills for parkour, you’ll end every training with intensive and effective strength training. This allows you to lay the foundation for structural improvement in both your physical ability and health.
