Het Gymlokaal offers boxing and kickboxing courses in the form of bag training and technique training.
Bag training is one that is very explosive and a perfect way to develop good fitness and muscle strength at the same time.
During the training you will learn new techniques and build up your strength of each muscle group. The techniques are easy to learn and very versatile.
Kickboxing technique training is an intense workout where you work in pairs and learn combinations of both punching and body blocking. As you train together, there is no time for rest.
We advise beginning (kick)boksers to first do 10 bag training classes before participating in the technique training.
