Fitness

During our opening hours, general fitness training is always possible. We have a diversity of cardiovascular equipment available at our gym including treadmills, rowing machines and spinning bikes. There's also the equipment voor squating, a functional trainer and a big calisthenics bar.

We also have the necessary weights and kettle bells available, as well as other accessories such as jump ropes, battle ropes, slam balls, TRXes, resistance bands and more.
