Courses

Het Gymlokaal in Amsterdam West, built in the ‘60s, consists of two authentic gym halls where functional movement is at the centre of its practice. It offers a variety of classes such as (kick)boxing, yoga, crosstraining, mobility, barre, capoeira, strength and conditioning. 

It is also possible to train freely during the day or book a training with an own group. All our trainers are available for Personal Training as wel.

Off-peak membership  €35 (Mo - Fri 7.00 - 18.00 and the weekend)

Het Gymlokaal offers boxing and kickboxing courses in the form of bag training. Bag training is one that is very explosive and a perfect way to develop good fitness and muscle strength at the same time.
